It was designed to quickly determine flow rate and back pressure under a variety of conditions and column dimensions. The LC Calculator app includes hundreds of Agilent column configurations and other method parameters to improve chromatography.
Having said that, I know nothing about chromatography and since this app is created by my company, why not just post in my blog for your reference.
Definitely a solid company. They're coming to my office soon for a symposium. Glad to see someone else using their stuff.
